    Cardio Workout

    Cardio exercise is any exercise that is aerobic and increases your heart rate.
    Cardio exercises are more effective for the fitness and weight loss.
    The more effective cardio exercises are:
    Walking, running, jogging, cycling, and swimming.

    Well!!!Cardio exercises are the best for the weight loss and fitness.
    These cardio exercises burn the fat more effectively and control the cholesterol level which
    lead to healthy heart.The more effective cardio exercises are jogging, running, swimming,cycling, and jumping a
    rope.

    Cardio exercise is best for reducing the fat and at the same time,it is pretty easier to do the same . Cycling, jogging , walking , running and swimming is pretty fun to do . I am doing it and i am seeing the benefits of the same.

    Cardio workouts are excellent if you wish to burn fat. And naturally it a great way to increase heart health, lower cholesterol levels, and have clearer skin, shinier hair.

    Yes! Cardio can be done at home, at the gym or even outside as well. Nowadays, if you don't know what kind of exercises you should do, there's apps, videos and even online workouts that can help with better understand!
