		<description>I agree that many of the facts are false, especially the 75% senior citizens scared of ageing, how did the come about exactly? However, I do disagree with the muscle becoming saggy theory. Currently, I have seen so many of the older generation training in the gym, and 99% of them have muscle gain and it appears to flabby.</description>
